Dilemas da flexibilidade
como as novas formas de trabalho impactam a criatividade e inovação?

Este estudo investiga os impactos das novas formas de trabalho (NWW) na criatividade e inovação organizacional, explorando como práticas de flexibilidade, colaboração e tecnologias moldam dinâmicas criativas e inovadoras. Por meio de uma revisão sistemática de literatura que mapeou 202 artigos e analisou 28 estudos selecionados, identificaram-se benefícios das NWW, como maior autonomia, estímulo à criatividade e ambientes colaborativos mais adaptáveis, mas também desafios, como sobrecarga informacional, falta de privacidade e dificuldades no equilíbrio trabalho-vida. Lacunas na literatura foram evidenciadas, incluindo a predominância de estudos em regiões desenvolvidas, a ausência de análises setoriais e a falta de abordagens longitudinais. A pesquisa oferece contribuições teóricas ao integrar dimensões tecnológicas, sociais e culturais das NWW, além de implicações práticas para gestores e formuladores de políticas, ressaltando a necessidade de abordagens contextuais e estratégias equilibradas para maximizar o potencial inovador enquanto promovem o bem-estar organizacional.
